1. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out Time: By 12:00 PM (noon)

Early check-in and late check-out may be allowed subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

2. Reservations and Payments

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
• Taxes: Applicable government taxes will be added to the final bill at checkout.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for free up to 7 days before the check-in date.
• Cancellation Charges: A 50% cancellation fee applies if canceled within 3 days of check-in.
• No-show: A full charge will be applied for no-shows on the date of check-in.

4. Age Requirement

• Adults: Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
• Children: Children below 8 years stay for free when using existing bedding. Additional charges may apply for extra bedding or meals for children above this age.

5. Identification Requirement

• All guests must present valid government-issued identification (e.g., passport, voter ID, or driving license) at check-in for verification purposes.
• Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

6. Pets Policy

• Pets Not Allowed: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Amberi Villa.

7. Smoking Policy

• Non-smoking Rooms: Amberi Villa is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms.
